+ Consultation with GP - reception area pleasant etc receptionist helpful. - Very difficult to get an appointment with your preferred GP even when a long standing condition often have to see lots of different GP's - lack of continuity. Most GP's good, 2 v.good and I lack any empathy with patient.

Receptionist was concerned and kind, courteous and efficient. Dr. Rutherford listened to what I had to say, asked questions and demonstrated competence and kindness with what she liked to say.
